This view shows the present situation : the railway line coming from Geneva - Cornavin ends at the station of Carouge-Bachet (La Praille) ; the line coming from Haute-Savoie ends at the station of Eaux-Vives. It makes obvious what benefits could be expected from running a link between the two stations of La Praille and Eaux-Vives.
